Position 1: Human Resources Officer.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, management, business administration, or a similar discipline.
Experience: Three years of relevant experience, particularly in the banking business, including one year as a Junior HR officer.
The purpose of the job is to successfully execute HR strategies and policies in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also promoting a good corporate culture, increasing employee engagement, and pushing initiatives that support business goals.
Location of Work: Dessie District
Position 2: Senior HR Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, management, business administration, or a similar discipline.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the banking business, including 2 years as a junior HR officer.
The purpose of the job is to successfully execute HR strategies and policies in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also promoting a good corporate culture, increasing employee engagement, and pushing initiatives that support business goals.
