Qualifications for Position 1: Data Entry Clerk: Diploma in Office Management & Secretarial Science, Computer, or a Similar Field
Experience: Two years of relevant and verified post-qualification work experience in a comparable position.

Job 2: Branch Manager for Grade 4 Education Requirements: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a Similar Field.
Experience: Six years of relevant and verified post-qualification insurance experience, including three years as a senior officer or two years in supervisory roles.
Proficiency:
strong familiarity with insurance services and products.
Good selling and marketing abilities.
team-building abilities.
Analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
outstanding proficiency with computers.
Being certified by CII is advantageous.
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Third Position: Reinsurance Manager
A bachelor’s degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or master’s degree in management, accounting, business administration, marketing, economics, statistics, engineering, or a similar discipline is required.
Experience: 10 or 9 years of relevant and verified post-qualification insurance experience, of which 2 or 5 years were spent as a section head or in a supervisory role in reinsurance.
Proficiency:
