Position 1: Branding Officer

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a marketing role, preferably within a research or branding environment.
• Languages: Proficiency in both English and Amharic (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard the company’s intellectual property by ensuring correct usage of trademarks and logos in all co-branding vehicles.
• Drive visibility for partner brands through effective implementation of co-branding Vehicles.
• Lead the identification and onboarding of drivers as potential co-branding agents.
• Communicate the terms and conditions of co-branding projects to all parties, including drivers, and ensure they follow these agreements to protect stakeholder’s interests.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner companies, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage a robust reporting system with timely updates on project performance and financials.
• Implement and oversee data security protocols and adhere to non-disclosure regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of service fee payments for drivers.
• Coordinate sales promotions and ensure effective communication to relevant audiences.

Position 2: Sales Executive

Qualification & Skills

• BA Degree in Marketing or business-related studies
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Previous experience in automotive or EV sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of electric vehicles or willingness to learn.
• Ability to use CRM tools and manage lead tracking systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Provide accurate and detailed information on available electric vehicle models, features, pricing, and specifications.
• Guide customers through financing options, helping them identify the most suitable support plans.
• Maintain a structured lead pipeline and share regular updates with stakeholders through CRM or other platforms.
• Understand customer needs deeply to propose suitable solutions and create long-term relationships.
• Organize and support campaigns, events, and promotions related to EV awareness and sales.
• Facilitate test drive sessions and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate with dealerships and financial institutions to streamline the buying journey.
• Maintain accurate customer data and ensure timely follow-up from inquiry to post-sale.

Position 3: Senior Procurement Manager

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree: Preferred in Business Administration or Supply Management for higher-level positions.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Industry-Specific Experience: Experience relevant to the specific industry of the organization (e.g., manufacturing, technology, healthcare) can be highly beneficial.
