We seek a results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. You’ll promote our tech-enabled logistics to B2B clients while crafting data-backed marketing strategies.
Position: Operations Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: zero to 2 years in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in logistics
- Familiarity with logistics tech (e.g., TMS, delivery apps) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Business Development:
– Identify and onboard new clients
– Pitch tech-driven solutions like dynamic pricing, real-time tracking APIs, and automated dispatch systems.
2. Revenue Growth:
– Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic partnerships.
– Negotiate contracts with clients and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
3. Client Management:
– Maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high retention and up selling opportunities.
Marketing:
1. Digital Marketing:
– Run campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads) targeting logistics decision-makers.
– Create content (blogs, case studies) highlighting tech advantages
2. Branding & Outreach:
– Represent the company at industry events/webinars.
– Collaborate with the tech team to showcase product features
3. Data-Driven Strategies:
– Analyze market trends and competitor tech offerings to refine positioning.
