Digaf Micro Credit Provider invites qualified applicants for the following job position. Digaf Microcredit Providers, a tech-based microfinance institute, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS).

The partnership will allow the two signatories to facilitate access to affordable digital loan products for low- and medium-income individuals. institute aims to provide financial relief to middle to lower-income individuals through the application of technology in the financial sector.

Position 1: Executive Secretary to the CEO Office

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an executive secretary role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Share Administrator

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bank or microfinance institution.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Senior Treasury Officer

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BA/MA graduate in accounting & finance, economics, business administration, or related disciplines.
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience in corporate treasury/finance operations, administration/secretarial exposure, or banking operations background preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of database management is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ​Self-initiative, good business sense, attentiveness to details, and a strong team player.
