Required professional skills:

Familiar with local Customer Service Satisfaction Management

Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities
Flexibility and Proven experience to work in a high-pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources
Target driven and able to work towards the deadlines

Education and Major requirements:

Computer or Information Technology related degree.

Position 2: CCTV solution Engineer

Education and Major requirements:

• At least bachelor degree, and 5+ Years’ experience in Video Surveillance & Conference industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with the products of mainstream video Surveillance vendors in the industry, or Familiarity with the products of mainstream video conference system vendors in the industry.
• Familiarity with the Ethiopia Video Surveillance & Conferencing Market.
• Be able to develop customer relationships, IVS products presentation, and gain insight into and explore customer requirements. Be able to handle technical customers.
• Perform IVS solution design and configuration quotation based on customer requirements.
• English as working languages, Ethiopians.
