Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing PLC (known by the trade name “Eco Green‟) is a legal entity registered in 2008 in accordance with Commercial Registration and Business License Proclamation number 980/2008 of the FDRE. As the name indicates, the Company produces 100% ORGANIC Liquid Fertilizer which is rich in microbes, improves soil fertility, increases the productivity and quality of the crop, and significantly cuts fertilizer costs.
Position: Junior Lab Technician
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor‟s degree or diploma in chemistry, agricultural science, environmental science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of laboratory experience; internships, academic lab work, or experience in organic agriculture is a plus.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques, particularly in chemical and microbial analysis.
- Familiarity with organic farming principles or organic fertilizer production is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills for collaboration.
- Certifications: Training in laboratory safety, organic certification standards, or quality control is beneficial but not required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle delicate lab equipment, and occasionally lift up to 20 kg (e.g., raw material containers).
