Position 1: Customer Compliant Management Officer-I

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, Economics or related field, with Three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Purpose: To Respond to Customer complaint & provide appropriate solutions to ensure custom satisfaction and smooth operation.

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 2: Branch Manager IV

Qualifications and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking and Finance, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Supervisory level.

Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

Place of Work: Branches under Jimma District Office

Position 3: Branch Manager III

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four (4) years relevant work experience, with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Supervisory level.

Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch

Place of Work: Branches under Jimma District Office
