Position 1: Accountant

About the Company
Anteneh Laeke Import & Export, established in 2010 EC, is a leading importer and exporter of medical supplies, vehicles, rubber and plastic materials, printing machinery, and agricultural commodities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
  • Record and monitor import-export business transactions.
  • Support external and internal audits.
  • Provide financial analysis to management and departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience (preferably in import/export).
  • Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Position 2: Sales & Marketing Officer (2 Positions)

Job Summary
We are hiring Sales & Marketing Officers who can lead market expansion, customer acquisition, and promotional strategies for Anteneh Laeke Import & Export.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Build strong client and partner relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate promotional events, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Achieve set sales targets and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience (import-export is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and market research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Amharic and English.
