We are an international company seeking a highly motivated Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients, and provide clear and professional communication in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently with clients in Arabic (verbal & written).
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Female applicants preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.

Compensation

Salary: 30,000 ETB/month (net) + Attractive Commission

The role is responsible for promoting and selling company products, achieving assigned sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining positive business partnerships. The Sales Representative will directly report to the Area Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.A. Degree in Business, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Amharic, English, and others).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other applications.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
• Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
