Job Description
We are an international company seeking a highly motivated Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients, and provide clear and professional communication in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate fluently with clients in Arabic (verbal & written).
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Female applicants preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
Compensation
Salary: 30,000 ETB/month (net) + Attractive Commission
