We are hiring a Machine Maintenance Technician.
📍 Location: TSE Factory, Addis Ababa.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient factory operations. Duties include:
- Analyze problems in mechanical devices and implement corrective solutions.
- Support the installation of new machines/equipment in the factory.
- Perform preventive maintenance plans and train production workers on routine checks.
- Dismantle machinery, replace defective parts, and maintain spare part inventories.
- Prepare maintenance reports, technical specs for spare parts, and ensure a safe work environment.
Job Requirements
🎓 Education
University Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
📅 Experience
Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience working as a machine maintenance technician.

- Language: Fluent in Amharic & English (Written & Verbal).
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
