First position: Manager, Division of CORE Banking and Auxiliary Systems
A degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, management information systems, or a related field of study is required.
Experience: Nine years of relevant work experience in the banking sector, two of those years spent as the principal office for the Auxiliary System and Core Banking, or a position comparable.
Job Specifications
• Oversee and direct the division’s operations.
• Verify the IT department’s availability of the Bank’s main and auxiliary systems.
• Oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the systems by appropriately monitoring and following up.
• Verify that customization and parameterization are used to meet the Bank’s operational needs.
• Make sure that standard time and quality are the foundation for the second-level support given to various Bank organs.
• Guarantee that events, incidents, and issues are appropriately managed.
• Keep in touch with the Bank’s technology suppliers to protect the Bank’s interests.
• When support is not meeting SLA, escalate application-related issues reported to vendors to the relevant vendor officials.
• Oversee the development of new products as well as the configuration, customization, release update, migration, and patching of the Bank’s technology.
• Oversee the functional and regression testing related to the application of the Bank’s auxiliary system.
• Oversee, plan, and coordinate all division-wide and vendor-related application development and management activities.
• Monitor the performance of the main and auxiliary systems and promptly address problems in the production, UAT, and other environments.
• Verify that the Bank’s applications and solutions are built to scale up to meet the Bank’s anticipated future growth.

Post 2: Branch Manager I
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, management, banking & finance, economics, or a related discipline is required.
Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of bank-related professional experience, with one (1) year spent in a customer service manager or similar position.
Job Summary:
A branch office’s banking operations will be planned, coordinated, led, and overseen by the branch manager. He or she will make sure that all employees follow the country’s legal requirements, regulator orders, and the Bank’s operating procedures, rules, and code of practices. Additionally, s/he will oversee the branch’s business development and sales initiatives.
In addition, the branch manager will oversee operational excellence within the branch and spearhead customer service initiatives. Annual budgets, work plans, and activity and progress reports will be prepared and submitted by him or her. Along with actively promoting the Bank’s services, the job holder will stay in close contact with the business community and take part in a variety of community events.
