Position 1: Secretary of the Shariah Advisory Committee (SAC)
Educational Requirement: LLB or BA in Management/Business Administration
Work Experience: Six years of relevant work experience in the financial sector, or two years of work experience serving as the secretary of the Shariah Advisory Committee (SAC) or a position similar to it.
Workplace: Head Office
Position 2: Officer II for Digital Banking Platform
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering is required.
Employment History: 4 years of relevant experience in the financial sector OR 2 years of work as a Digital financial Platform Officer I or its equivalent OR 5 years of relevant experience
Workplace: Head Office
Position 3: Section Head for Fixed Asset Management
Education: Bachelor of Arts in Management
Work Experience: 2 years as Head, Fixed Asset Management Section, or equivalent to 10 years of related experience OR 7 years as Senior Store Management Coordinator or Senior Fixed Asset Management Coordinator, or 9 years of relevant experience in the banking business
Workplace: Head Office
Branch Manager Grade C Tier II is the fourth position.
Education: Bachelor of Arts in Accounting or Management
Work Experience: 9 years of relevant experience in the field, or 2 years as a manager in a Grade D branch or an equal

IFB branches in Arategna Akababi, Harar, and Harar Abadir, as well as Arerti and Balchi [Central & East District]
Fifth Position: I, Electrician
Academic Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering OR TVET 10+3 Diploma or Level IV Certificate and COC Award in Electricity
Work Experience: One year as an Electrician I or similar experience for a Bachelor of Science degree OR two years as an Electrician I or comparable experience for a Diploma or TVET 10+3/Level IV
