First Position: Chief Architect

 

Experience and qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a closely related discipline

 

Experience: six (6) years of pertinent work experience, including one (1) year as a senior architect or in a similar role.

 

the process of creating, organising, and managing the construction of buildings and other tangible structures.

 

Communication abilities that enable him or her to convey ideas verbally, in writing, and through technical drawings or pictures

Rank 2: II Branch Banking Auditor

 

Experience and qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, or an equivalent

 

Experience: has two (2) years of experience in the field

 

To guarantee that the general banking operations at the bank’s branches comply with applicable laws and regulations, bank policies, and procedures, and to assess the effectiveness of the bank’s internal control system.

 

Level: X

 

Location of Work: District Offices in Addis Ababa, Mekelle, Shire, Hawassa, Dire Dawa, Jimma, and Bahir Dar

 

Third Position: Lead System Administrator

 

Experience and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related discipline

 

Six (6) years of relevant work experience are included in the experience.

 

To plan, put into practice, safeguard, and maintain the Bank’s Data Centre and Enterprise Systems to ensure the safe and efficient running of the Bank’s daily operations.

 

Level: XIV

 

Workplace: Head Office

 

Fourth Position: III Branch Manager

 

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, business administration, economics, or a similar field is required, as well as experience.

 

Experience: four or six years of relevant work experience, with one year of that time spent as a customer service supervisor or assistant branch manager

 

To cross-sell the Bank’s products, market new products, attract and keep customers, implement continuous improvement for improved customer service, and boost operational efficiency in the Branch in order to support the Bank’s sustainable growth and profitability.

 

Level: XIV

 

Three is the required number.

 

Workplace: Jimma District Branches (Limu-Genet, Bore, and Newland Branches).

 

Post 5: Manager, Change Management & Organisational Development

 

Experience and qualifications: a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline,

 

Experience: 6 or 8 years, with 2 of those years spent as a principal or senior officer.

 

In light of corporate strategic objectives, to assist the bank in achieving organizational efficiency by proposing and carrying out changes to job-related procedures, structures, and processes.

 

Level: XVI

 

Workplace: Head Office

 

Sixth position: System Administration Manager

 

Experience and qualifications: a master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar discipline,

 

Six or eight years of experience, two of which should have been spent as a principal or senior officer.

 

to oversee the efficient design, deployment, and management of the Bank’s Enterprise Database, Systems, and Data Centre in order to facilitate the seamless and safe operation of the Bank’s daily activities.

 

Level: XVI
