Position 1: Section Head, Mobile & Agent Banking

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Communications, or any other relevant fields.

Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 1/2 years as Principal/Sr. Officer.

The incumbent is responsible for developing convenient and effective, mobile and agent banking delivery channels.

Position 2: Section Head, Online Banking

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Communications, or any other relevant fields.

Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 1/2 years as Principal/Sr. Officer.

The incumbent is responsible for driving the expansion of all emerging online banking digital payment initiatives, deepening Zemen’s digital footprint and digital engagement in existing and new channels.

Position 3: Manager, Agent, and E-Banking Operation Division

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. degree in Retail Banking Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.

Experience: At least 6 years relevant experience with 2 years as Section Head Level or Manager I/C.

The incumbent is responsible for driving profitability, deposits, customer acquisition, and generating revenues through increased transactions in Agency Banking by providing leadership to the branches in the region allocated to recruitment and management of agents and super agency business; improving financial inclusion using authorized agents to expand the organizational reach thereby increasing long-term revenue.

Position 4: Executive Secretary

Education: B.A Degree in Business Administration, Banking, or any other relevant field.

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years in a similar role.

The incumbent is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the Chief Officer’ office including prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements as well as secretarial duties.

Position 5: Principal Officer, Training & Development

Education: B.A Degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.

Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 year as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert

The incumbent is responsible for undertaking development and training needs analysis, coordinating development and training programs, follow-up training and development schedules, coordinating trainers, and follow-up proper execution of their obligations to conduct a training impact assessment and follow-up effective utilization of the training budget.

Position 6: Lead, Relationship Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.

Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years experience as a Relationship Manager in a Supervisory role.

The LRM is responsible for the acquisition of new corporate banking clients and the expansion/retention of existing relationships, underwriting, negotiating, and managing complex credit relationships; developing and executing relationship management plans for high-value clients, this includes effectively collaborating with client support and product teams as well as senior management; act in compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable government banking regulations.
