The 6th grade exit exam that was being given for the first time was successfully completed
The Addis Ababa City Administration Education Office announced that the exam was completed peacefully without any violation of exam rules at all exam centers. The director of the exam preparation and management directorate of the office, Ato Dinaol Chala, told Bisrat Radio that the examinees who experienced labor or illness during the exam were sent to the hospital to be tested.
Ato Dinaol added that 75 thousand 090 students registered to take the 6th grade exit exam and 73 thousand 6 hundred 35 of them took the exam, according to which 98 percent of them said they took the exam. 75 thousand 100 students registered to take the 8th grade exit exam and 73 thousand 526 students, that is 97.9 percent of them, stated that they have passed the exam.
During the examination, more than 2000 examiners, 500 supervisors and 182 station officials were assigned to execute the test at 182 test stations and announced that they had fulfilled their responsibilities properly.
