The site establishment manager is in charge of supervising the planning, design, setup, and preparation of a project site prior to the start of the main work. This position is essential to making sure the site is operationally ready on schedule and that the project team and other stakeholders have safe and functional facilities.

Principal Positions and Duties:

Planning for Project Facilities

Arrange the site according to standard specifications, taking into account access roads, temporary offices, storage spaces, production spaces, utilities, and worker accommodations.

For site establishment activities, plan the budget/allowable cost, personnel, material, equipment, and machinery required.

  • Resource and Logistics Management

Provide staff for the tasks involved in setting up the project site.

Organize the arrival of supplies, machinery, and equipment needed for site setup.

Create the project location.

Assemble a team for the establishment work and oversee the quality, cost, and workflow while ensuring that the facilities are set up according to the project timeline.

Make sure the site is prepared for project activities by being leveled, cleared, and constructed with all the necessary amenities.

  • Coordinating Stakeholders

Communicate with all parties involved and deal with any problems that might come up during the setup stage.

Keep site logs and reports up to date.

Encourage innovation.

Encourage and put into practice creative ideas for straightforward, adaptable, and standardized establishment techniques to reduce costs, shorten building times, and provide a comfortable working atmosphere.

About You Requirements for Experience and Qualifications:

COTM or a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

at least five years of demonstrated expertise in project setup, construction, or site management.

To succeed in this position, you must possess the following essential skills: · An understanding of project management, safety rules, and construction techniques.

Excellent team management and leadership abilities.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders; strong organizational and planning skills to handle several things at once.
