“Ethiopian Sky Technologies,” the recently formed joint venture between Ethiopian Airlines and Geven-SkyTecno, is headquartered in Addis Ababa and has its main production site at Bole Airport.

Ethiopian Airlines owns 51 percent of the newly formed corporation, while SkyTecno owns 49 percent. As per their agreement, the parties are working together to manufacture the goods in Ethiopia and Italy as a supplier to The Boeing Company.

In addition to providing manufacturing expertise and process technology expertise, Geven-SkyTecno has been instrumental in accelerating the Joint Venture’s industrialization, certification procedures, and training capabilities.

To the mutual advantage of all parties, we are eager to broaden the scope of our operations to include more aerospace goods.
